KAY, Kimberley

Kimberley has over forty years of ski experience including racing, teaching, and heli-skiing, as well as ski holiday promotion during a 20 year career in travel PR.

Kim learned to ski age five at the dry slope at Ski Rossendale, Lancashire and in Mayrhofen, Austria.

KARTALY, Irina

Irina Kartaly was born in Venezuela. She works as an early childhood education specialist. Kartaly became an enthusiastic pole dance performer in 2012, and she has continued her training in Italy and Egypt. Committed to professional pole dance and personal fitness training, she has her own studio, Pole Prive, where she also teaches studio management and instruction. Kartaly aims to invite all enthusiasts to perform this life-improving sport and to support challengers and instructors in the learning and training process. She lives in Monza, Italy.

William Lai is a university lecturer, media columnist, and referee. He has refereed in England and Australia and is a qualified referee instructor and assessor. Mike McInnes is a retired pharmacist from Edinburgh, Scotland. He has a special interest in cerebral energy metabolism and its modern impairments. NIXON, Dave

Since 2004, Dave Nixon has trained and coached more than 6,000 people in the fitness and health industry. More recently, he has been travelling nationally and internationally to present seminars on functional movement and performance-based mindsets to gyms and personal trainers. Dave has regularly contributed to Men’s Muscle and Health magazine. He has worked with national-level powerlifters and elite international athletes across other sports on their mindsets for performance and mental preparation to help them reach their potential and the podium. In 2012, Dave founded and still operates Functional Fitness Australia, which is a small group coaching gym based out of Canberra, Australia. His 10-minute daily podcast “Mood Prep” receives more then 6,000 downloads a month, and with his Mood Prep U program he educates PTs, athletes, and the average enthusiast around the world.
